Konjac powder is a natural water-soluble dietary fiber extracted from the tuber of the konjac plant (Amorphophallus konjac), with its primary component being glucomannan. As an exceptional hydrocolloid, it provides functions such as thickening, gelling, stabilizing, and water retention. It is widely used in various food products including meat sausages, jelly puddings, plant-based alternative foods, ice cream, flour-based products, pastries, canned meats, beverages, and edible films.

Konjac Refined Powder Series
CAGKG™ RPS

Particle size: 40–120 mesh. The processing begins with peeling and cleaning fresh konjac, followed by cutting into strips or slices. These are then dehydrated using drying equipment. The dried konjac strips or slices are crushed, ground, and processed with specialized equipment to remove starch, fiber, and other impurities, resulting in konjac refined powder.

Mainly used in konjac tofu and konjac-based vegetarian foods.

Konjac Micropowder Series
CAGKG™ KMS


Particle size: Less than 120 mesh. Produced by further purifying and refining konjac refined powder, resulting in a higher-quality, more convenient konjac micropowder.

Applicable in meat products such as ham sausages and Western-style sausages, seasoning powders, soup bases, sauces, flour-based products, pastries, imitation foods, ice cream, and cold beverages.

Konjac High-Transparency Series
CAGKG™ HTS

Produced by purifying konjac refined powder with food-grade alcohol to remove starch, ash, fiber, pigments, alkaloids, and other impurities, resulting in high-purity konjac purified powder.

Typically used in beverages, jelly, and other specialty products requiring high transparency.

Produced by purifying konjac refined powder with food-grade alcohol to remove starch, ash, fiber, pigments, alkaloids, and other impurities, resulting in high-purity konjac purified powder.

Primarily used in high-end food products, health supplements, and cosmetics, such as jelly, jam, soft candies, dairy products, and pharmaceutical capsules.
