Gellan Gum Products
Gellan gum is a high molecular weight extracellular microbial polysaccharide produced by aerobic fermentation of a pure culture of Pseudomonas elodea. As a gelling and texture improving agent, Gellan gum is mainly applied in water jelly, confectionery, jam, fruit preparation, elderly food, vegetarian food, pet food and other gel products.
